Company History:
Founded by Robert Peterson, Peterson Associates is a professional manufacturer's representative organization which has successfully covered the state of Michigan since 1962. Ward Peterson joined the company in 1989 as a field sales representative and Brad Peterson joined in the same capacity in 1991. The brothers purchased the business from their father in 1996, ensuring family ownership for a period that spans over 50 years. In January of 2001, Peterson Associates entered the Illinois/Indiana market. This event was a defining moment in an era of tremendous growth for the organization, effectively doubling the size of the organization in both sales volume and personnel.

Peterson Associates is professionally staffed, and automated with Brandwise, the industry's leading provider of back office and field sales software. All of the sales representatives are seasoned professionals providing a high level of customer service. In January 2016, Peterson Associates opened a showroom in the Las Vegas World Market Center and expanded to nine Western states. We are proud of our organization, our people, the lines we represent, and our reputation throughout the industry.

Our representatives call on and service their accounts on a consistent basis, presenting the lines we represent, writing orders, assisting with display, and performing inventories.
