Launched in 2013, chavez for charity created a line of fashion accessories that people would love to wear and at the same time would contribute to charitable causes. Collections designed by Julie Marie Chavez, founder and Creative Director of the fashion jewelry line mariechavez. Through the sale of a colorful assortment of bracelets, Julie's mission is to raise money and awareness for some of today's most important and necessary charitable initiatives like providing quality health care to the world's poor and helping to end violence against women and girls. For every bracelet and necklace sold, Chavez for Charity donates 25% of the gross profit to 20 amazing and very worthy charitable causes.
